Introduction to risk management - process safety management point of view

I am really proud and happy to see my first trial in 2006 to conclude several readings of process safety in a presentation still replayed, represented and considered as a source for quotation by concerned colleuges in different safety events. the presentation contents I had drawn by very primitive tools. thanks to master references those I had exploited. particularly, "Managing Risk and Reliability of Process Plants, Mark Tweeddale", and some publications of CCSP.
